These general terms and conditions apply to every user (hereinafter: user) who visits or uses the website www.euro-m.si, which at the time of acceptance of these general terms and conditions is accessible at the website address www.euro-m.si (hereinafter: website) and which is managed by the company EURO M d.o.o., Planjava 7 (hereinafter: provider).
These general terms and conditions apply to the entire website. In addition to these general terms and conditions, specific terms and conditions or legal notices may apply to certain parts of the website, subpages or to certain users.
By using the website, the user confirms that he accepts these general terms and conditions and agrees to all their provisions and that he is familiar with the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
These general terms and conditions may be changed or supplemented at any time without prior warning or notification. By using the website under the changed terms and conditions, the user confirms that he agrees with the changes.

Use of the website
The user undertakes to use the website legally and in a normal manner, in accordance with the purpose of the website.
If the user uses the website in violation of the previous paragraph, the provider may temporarily or permanently (depending on the severity of the violation) disable access to the portal.
No contract or contractual relationship arises between the user and the provider by using the website. The user has no other obligations due to the use of the website other than the obligations specified in these terms and conditions.
The provider reserves the right to limit access to the portal, certain parts of the portal or individual functionalities on the portal at any time (e.g. only for registered users or subscribers) or to make it subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
Product presentation and data accuracy
The images of products in the online store or anywhere on the website are symbolic and do not guarantee their properties. The provider reserves the right to minor deviations between the descriptions and the actual properties of the products. The provider is not bound by the product description or the published price of the product if the description or price is the result of an error in entry or if the incorrect description or price occurred without the provider’s will.
The provider will try to ensure that the data provided online is up-to-date and correct. However, product properties, delivery time and price change, so there is a minimal possibility that the provider may not correct the data on the website at the same time as the change. In such a case, the buyer will be notified of the changes and will be able to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.
Product prices and delivery costs
All published product prices in the online store include value added tax (VAT), at the applicable tax rate, unless it is explicitly stated that the price does not include VAT.
The prices of products on the website www.euro-m.si are valid at the time of placing the order and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are valid only for purchases through the online store www.euro-m.si.
The prices of products published in the online store do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated separately, namely according to the price list of GLS d.o.o. with the added costs of packaging materials.
Delivery costs for orders from abroad are calculated according to the valid GLS d.o.o. price list for abroad
Order value: Minimum order value is €100 (excluding delivery costs)
Payment method
The user can pay for the purchased products in the following ways:
– By payment by invoice, where the user pays the purchase price within three (3) working days to the provider’s transaction account. The buyer receives an invoice with all necessary payment information to their email address, which they provide in the online store www.euro-m.si when ordering. The provider sends the ordered products in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the invoice or offer.
– By payment on delivery the buyer pays the postage amount and the value of the product to the GLS d.o.o. employee in cash upon delivery or receipt of the products.
Shipping costs apply to domestic traffic within Slovenia.
– By cash upon personal collection of the ordered goods (mandatory by prior arrangement)
Order confirmation
After placing an order in the online store www.euro-m.si, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities that the user has selected and, if applicable, the shipping cost. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be processed.
If the user wishes to cancel the order, they can notify us within 6 hours at the latest at the e-mail address info@euro-m.si
The online store www.euro-m.si reserves the right to refuse an order that it finds it cannot fulfill under the stated conditions and information at its disposal. If the user has already paid according to the pro forma invoice, in this case the provider will transfer the entire purchase price, including delivery costs, within 8 days.
Delivery of ordered products
The provider delivers the products with the company GLS d.o.o.
The provider delivers the ordered shipments every day, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Usually, products ordered in the online store www.euro-m.si are delivered to the user’s address within 1-3 business days. The specified delivery applies to products in stock.
When the products are not in stock, the provider informs the customer about the delivery date to the email address specified in the order.
In the event of the provider’s absence, the provider undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the user no later than 45 days from the confirmation of the order by email. The provider is not responsible for exceeding the delivery deadline if the delay is a result of other unforeseen events, regardless of whether they are external events or events within the provider’s sphere.
Withdrawal of a natural person from a contract/purchase
Natural persons who conclude a contract/purchase at a distance in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act have the right to notify the email address info@euro-m.si si within fifteen days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract/purchase, without having to state the reason for their decision. Returning the received order to our address within the withdrawal period (15 days) is considered a notification of withdrawal from the contract/purchase. In the event that the buyer withdraws from the contract/purchase by sending a message to the email address info@euro-m.si, the received goods must be returned to our address within 30 days of the notification. The provider will transfer the amount of payment received for the returned goods to the buyer’s bank account within three days of receiving the returned goods. If the buyer starts using the product and changes his mind, he loses the right to withdraw from the contract/purchase. The goods received must also be returned undamaged and in the same quantity.
The costs of returning the goods are paid by the buyer.
If the order is placed by a legal or natural person engaged in a gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form or ownership, and in cases where the purchase is not made on the basis of a distance contract, the provisions of the previous paragraph do not apply. We will consider any requests for the return of goods in these and similar cases individually, taking into account all reasons and circumstances to the greatest extent possible.
Complaints
Upon receipt of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the buyer must immediately or as soon as possible file a complaint by informing the product provider in writing at the address of the company EURO M d.o.o., Planjava 7 or at the email address info@euro-m.si. The provider is obliged to replace such a product or refund the money to the buyer as soon as possible. The costs of the complaint and delivery are paid by the provider.

The provider does not assume any guarantee that the content published on the website is accurate, complete and correct and is not liable for any damage that may occur to the user because he relied on the published content. In no case can the content published on the website be considered an offer within the meaning of the Code of Obligations.

The invalidity of any provision of these general terms and conditions, regardless of the reason for the invalidity, does not mean the invalidity of these general terms and conditions as a whole. In such a case, the invalid provision shall be deemed unwritten, and these general terms and conditions shall continue to apply without such provision.
The law of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to legal relations between users and the provider. The competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
These general terms and conditions shall be effective from 5.2.2021. The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions.
